Exploring form and color, and the way color is activated by form, Melinda Green Tepler expresses emotion through her use of brush strokes and line. Inspired by her love of color and informed by the scientific approach of botanical art, she incorporates classical figures, animals, and plants into her personal vocabulary. Her work hangs in multiple private collections.
