For With Fresh Eyes, CCP’s member artists are asked to revisit previous prints that didn’t feel quite right at the time, but are now ready for a final touch. What inspiration will bring these forgotten works to life?

Jenn Bratovich, Director of Exhibitions and Programs at Print Center New York, juried the submissions and select award winners. Awards were announced during our opening reception on Sunday, December 10th.

Carriage Barn Arts Center

ENCOUNTERS WITH SCULPTURE features recent work by members of the New Canaan Sculpture Group, of which I am a member:

The New Canaan Sculpture Group is a collaborative of Fairfield County artists who practice in studio space located on the lower level of the Carriage Barn Arts Center.  Established more than 25 years ago, the group convenes weekly to study under a master sculptor and tend to their practices casting, carving, assembling and modeling in a range of media.

My monoprint, Requiem, was created at the Center for Contemporary Printmaking with master printer Liz Bannish. This print was sold during CCP’s live auction.

The Flag Project 2022: Only One Earth

April 1 — May 6 and June 5, 2022

My assemblage triptych of metal, oil paint, toys, and wood will be reproduced as one of 60 flags that will fly around the perimeter of the Rink at Rockefeller Center, NY. The show is a collaboration of the United Nations Environment Programme and the Climate Museum in New York.
